    CHIR99201 potentiates self-renewal of human and mouse embryonic stem cells and enhances reprogramming of somatic cells into stem cells. CHIR99201 also augments the differentiation potential of mesenchymal stem cells.

    IWP-2
    IWP 2 is a potent inhibitor of Wnt processing and secretion (IC50 = 27nM). IWP 2 inactivates PORCN, a membrane-bound O-acyltransferase (MBOAT), and selectively inhibits palmitoylation of Wnt. IWP-2 has also been used in protocols to reprogram somatic cells to chemically-induced PSCs.
